Product strategy & US go-to-market

Take your product to the US market with an operator who has done it.

Roy Coopervasser

I work with you and your team on a US go-to-market plan built for growth. When your product is ready but the route to US customers is unclear, we bring product priorities, sales channels and business economics together around one goal: winning US customers and building a business that scales.

Your US go-to-market plan, built with your team.

Who it’s for

For founders of consumer and interactive-product companies preparing a US launch or building their first meaningful US sales. You have a developed product and a team ready to put a commercial plan into action.

The engagement

Together, we build your route to US customers, connecting product priorities, sales channels and business economics into a plan for growth.

Your team leaves with defined market priorities, a working financial model and a roadmap for execution.

  1. Clear product and market priorities

A defined target customer, positioning, product priorities and US channel choices, grounded in customer evidence and what your team can deliver.

  2. A working financial model

Pricing and unit economics that account for acquisition and fulfillment costs, connected to profit-and-loss and cash-flow plans your team understands.

  3. A sequenced action plan

A roadmap of what to do first, what can wait and who owns each step, with practical tools your team can use and update.

I guide your team and build alongside you, stepping in hands-on where needed. Your team owns the plan and execution. Further execution support or fractional commercial leadership is scoped separately.

Built products. Built the business around them.

FAO Schwarz & Nordstrom
Retail distribution, alongside independent specialty retailers.

Loops combines physical products with a sophisticated digital experience. Commercial planning had to account for the first purchase, ongoing engagement and customer value.

My work spanned product, marketing, commercial strategy and US operations, covering pricing, Shopify D2C, Amazon US, retail and fulfillment.

Alongside this, I developed the licensing strategy and led co-branded negotiations with major Hollywood studios and global entertainment IP holders.

That breadth helps founders connect decisions across the business and build a plan their team can act on.

Nogili

Making a physical product an interactive experience.

At Nogili, I conceived augmented-reality stories and games for children's textiles and led development and commercialization across D2C and B2B in the US and Israel. The product line shipped 50,000 units.

What are you building, and what needs to happen next?

Tell me what you're building and the commercial decision ahead. We'll see whether my experience fits.
